El Rincon is one of the most beautiful areas in the town La Orotava. Costa Rica is full of history, traditions, beautiful countryside landscapes, delicious seasonal fruits, colorful flowers, and hard-working people. During this tour, come to discover the real deal of Costa Rica's countryside while we visit some of the more distinguished places of Liberia and hear the history of it. After the city tour, we'll drive 15 minutes to La Carreta farm, for the tree planting where you will enjoy first some seasonal fruits like pinneapple, watermelons and bananas. Then a short walk around the farm to show you the animals and how we take care of each of them until we finally arrive to the designated place for the tree planting. Trees can make areas cooler, absorve co2 and produce oxygen. Our plan is to plant 1000 trees by 2030. There is also a nice 360° viewpoint in the farm, optional to visit. It takes about 22 trees to produce enough oxygen for 1 person a day. Let's mitigate our carbone footprint!.

The banana from Madeira is a subspecies of the original banana and grown extensively on the island of Madeira, traditionally smaller than the South American banana but accentuated on the palate. It is supplemented with sucrose, glucose, fructose, fibers, potassium, magnesium and various vitamins from clusters A, B and vitamin C. We will visit a local Banana Farm area in funchal city where you can understand a little bit more how this famous fruit grows in the Island. We will also have a look at the Viewpoint of RG3, an unknow viewpoint many people don’t know where we can see the whole funchal around us.
