Full Day learning about the Process of the Best Coffee in the World
Our starting point begins at the incredible Parque de la 93, a park recognized for its wide variety of restaurants. We will leave on a 2.5 hour tour to our first destination, La Vaca que Ríe. In this well-known restaurant that serves typical food from the region, you can enjoy a delicious almojábana with aguapanela courtesy of the house and get to know the extensive menu of local gastronomy.
We will continue on our way to Hacienda Coloma, where with a basket and a hat, you will be able to live the unique experience of being a true coffee grower, from learning how the coffee tree (coffee plant) is grown to learning about its final production process and enjoying a delicious cup. of coffee and a shot of their liquor. Finally we will have lunch at the Solomillo Restaurant, just 5 minutes from the farm (not included).
Our day ends by traveling the same road that took us to the hacienda for 2.5 hours, enjoying an Andean landscape at sunset until the initial starting point.

I am a Colombian taster and barista, passionate about coffee, co-founder of Divino Cafe Especial, I belong to the third generation of coffee producers in my family.
For 20 years I have grown coffee with my family in the department of Huila, in the south of the country, this region is considered the main producer of coffee in Colombia. I know the cultivation of coffee from the plant in all its processes to serving an exquisite cup of coffee.
I found my main passion guiding the consumer and non-professional coffee lover in a fun and educational way so that they learn how to buy and enjoy coffee anywhere in the world.
