We will start with the pick-up at your respective hotel, and then we will have a tour of about 1 hour until we reach the Hacienda Caravedo.
In the guided tour we will take, we will learn about the origin and history of the pisco, what the name is due and why it arose. Also, we will know the types of grapes that are used in the distillation process to obtain various varieties of piscos, finally we will have a small tasting of some varieties.
In this winery you will learn about the artisan tradition of wine and pisco making. In addition, you will taste its different varieties and some cream made from Peruvian pisco.
Upon arrival, the supplies and material will be ready to receive a small class in how the traditional Peruvian drink known as Pisco Sour is prepared, all so that you can replicate it in the future with family and friends.
