Methods:
Nutritional Deficiency Assessment- You will receive it by email and get your results, plus a ‘SuperFood’ guide a few days after our session. Superfoods is a term for foods that are considered to have an unusually high content of antioxidants, vitamins, or other nutrients.
Meditation- Mindfulness, Zen, and other teachings can be discussed. I have studied various schools, but believe that truths are scattered throughout.
Full Body Herbal Steam Therapy- Binaural beats and other tones will transport your mind & spirit.
Oracle Card Reading: This is usually a short message. A few sentences, but they are often very impactful to my clients.
