After visiting the market, it’s time to learn and to prepare your dish with our excellent and fun teacher!
After preparing each dish you will be invited to enjoy it.
At the end of the class if you succeed your test, you will receive a gift bag that includes a recipe book, a beautiful traditional bamboo species boxes and a head full of knew knowledges and lasting memories.

First you will be welcome in our traditional colonial cottage, traditional house of that time, with cold towel, perfect to refresh your body and your minds before the class.
When all the guests arrive, we will go to visit the Old Market, traditional and historic Cambodian market in the center town of Siem Reap. To go there it’s just 5 min walks and we will go through the beautiful Pagado Wat Preah Prom Rath and its magnificient green gardent and sculptures.
We will visit the market for about 30 minutes in order to make you discover all the different variety of shops you can find there and guide you through the Cambodian people buying their daily food.
Back to the class, you will give you a cold towel and relax for about 5-10min before the class starts.
Hands on, you will cook by yourself, helped by our experienced and fun teacher the starter dish. When you finish to prepare it, you’ll enjoy it at your tables

After all, you will be invited to join a photo session with all our team, to make sure to immortalize long lasting memories!
