Then our guide will get you fitted with a bicycle and helmet. From here, you will cycle through the green, clean and picturesque Siem Reap vegetable village where most of the vegetables and herbs you find in dishes served throughout Siem Reap are grown. Here you can get your farming skills on and pick your own veggies – which will later be used for lunch.

Next, we’ll visit the outdoor market where the locals shop for their fresh ingredients, here you’ll discover the local specialties and choose the best local snacks and fruits to try.
