Small-Group Explore Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour with Guide

At 5:00am our English licensed guide and car from Angkor Wat Services-Private Day Tours will pick you up from your hotel, then go to buy one day Angkor temple pass and see sunrise at Angkor Wat, have breakfast nearby the temple, continue to see Angkor Wat (The largest religious monument in the world), then see South Gate of Angkor Thom City, Bayon (216 smiling faces of Buddha and king combination), Baphuon (The giant reclining Buddha carving), Elephant Terrace(The Royal entertainment Terrace), Ta Keo (Similar as Chichen Itza in Mexico), have lunch at the local restaurant, then see Ta Prohm (The jungle temple where Angelina Jolie made a film of Tomb Raider) and Banteay Kdei Temple.
Around at 2:00pm return to your hotel and finish the tour program.

Your tour begins with an early pickup and will collect from your hotel at between 4:15- 4.40 am in one of our air-conditioned vehicles. (Please provide name of hotel and address please.)

Directly after pickup we will stop for 15 minutes at Angkor Park Pass Ticket Counters to buy the temple passes before we head to Angkor Wat Temple for the sunrise. They accept cash and credit cards for the temple passes at the counter.

Then we will start this unforgettable adventure by crossing the bridge to the main entrance of the Angkor Wat Temple and admire the stunning sunrise over Angkor Wat and all surrounding temples. Following capturing this magical sunrise we will begin to enter the temple and explore and learn all the history of this ancient sanctuary. The knowledgeable guide shall gracefully lead the group, pausing at every scenic vista, providing ample opportunities for capturing the finest photo moments and memories along the journey.

As we press onward with our tour, our path shall lead us to the majestic South Gate of Angkor Thom. Within its grand expanse lies the renowned Bayon and Baphuon temples, a splendid assembly of 54 towers adorned with 216 serene faces of the divine Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. Throughout the visit, our knowledgeable tour guide shall regale us with the rich historical tapestry of the Angkor Temples and the illustrious Khmer empire, expertly illuminating the intricate architectural masterpieces that grace Angkor landscape.

After this we will have lunch and your vehicle will drive pass by both the Terrace of Elephant and the Terrace of Leper King known as the royal viewing platform and the stage of the king’s great audience hall.

Next, we will visit to Ta Prohm Temple known as the “jungle temple” or “tree temple” referring to the lush trees surrounding the temple’s stones. The gigantic roots of the trees embracing the ruins have made it one the Angkor’s most popular temples.

Our enchanting tour shall end with a visit to the resplendent Banteay Kdei temple, a magnificent structure constructed by the illustrious King Jayavarman VII during the waning years of the 12th century.
