Day 1: Small Circuit With (Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, Bayon And Ta Prohm Known As Tomb Raider)

Stop At: Bayon Temple, Angkor Thom, Siem Reap Cambodia
Well, we will have a short stop in front of Angkor Thom to capture some important information and shooting few interesting pictures of the smiling faces, angry faces and cardinal points of the four faces of Bodhisattva. Then we will spend the majority of our time exploring the most complex-artificial mountain temple well-known in its architectural structures of the 49 towers from cardinal point smiling faces, obviously, these towers are being joined and interlocked with the foundation of the main building for profound co-existing Mahayana Buddhism-Hinduism of King Jayavarman VII. And then walking through the outer gallery to capture people daily life of being trading, hunting, cooking, building religion, wars and so on were sculpted on the wall. You also can take lot of fabolous pictures here to be your great memory in Cambodia.

Ta Prohm known as Tomb Raider will give you another perspective of how temples have been gradually destroyed by the power of nature, well, what you will capture there is temple and huge-wine trees are relying each other. amazingly, it’s the only gorgeous temple nearby Angkor Wat where you can take lot of stunning pictures and learn so much about our great history and the most well-known king Jayavarman VII.

Artisans Angkor is a social enterprise that helps young people finding work in their hometown with their crafting skills. It has a live workshop to train over 1100 young Cambodian below 25 to have skills as well as preserving traditional Cambodian crafts, arts and help to reduce poverty, here, visitors can see the real work of making beautiful carvings from woods, stones, painting, lacquering, silk, silver plating and so on.

Day 2: Phnom Kulen National Park & Tonle Sap Lake-Fishing Village

Stop At: Phnom Kulen National Park, Cambodia
Phnom Kulen is the largest natural park in Siem Reap. Well, this sacred mountain is considered as the birthplace of Angkor Era, which is so important for its water tower, watershed and sandstones. It has an extremely beautiful waterfall in the movie Tomb Raider, forest, biodiversity, temples, a massive sandstone sleeping buddha, villages and many other beautiful sites. Obviously, if you enjoy swimming in a cool-warm pool from the waterfall, please bring your swimsuit along with, however just make sure you can swim.

Kampong Phluk is considered one of the most fascinating Fishing/Floating village in Siem Reap province in term of its authenticity of this village. What you can see are the 7 meters stilted houses along the river are built very high to prevent flooding in the Wet Season, schools, monastery, police station, government office, church and so on are in water from July to December. Well, the most interesting pictures are the people, seniors and children, the routine and their big smiling. Generally, we are not only visiting the village to capture beautiful and ugly pictures from Cambodia, however, we also find out about the potential of Tonle Sap Lake over Cambodia and countries from Southeast Asia that share The Mekong River. Tonle Sap Lake known as The Great Lake in Southeast Asia as well as the most productive Lake in the world with thousands species of different biodiversity that’s why it’s listed as Biosphere Heritage in 1997. Obviously, the lake is fed by The Mekong River and raindrop from May until October, ranking 9 freshwater lake of the world, however November reverses back into the Mekong River and the sea which is a reason why the Lake makes The Mekong River being the most productive river on earth, not Yangtze, Amazon, Congo or Mississippi river. For Cambodia, Tonle Sap Lake is a heart and the Mekong River is the vein in the body.
