[ HISTORY ]
– Beng Mealea or Bung Mealea is a temple in the Angkor Wat period located 40 km east of the main group of temples at Angkor, Cambodia, on the ancient royal highway to Preah Khan Kompong Svay. The temple was built by Suyavarman 2 who built the massive temple(Angkor Wat). The temple was established in the 12 century, dedicated to Vishnu god as a supreme god in Hinduism.
