The Giant Panda Research Base is a highlight of Chengdu's tourism industry, attracting nearly 100000 overseas tourists annually. Covering dozens of hectares of bamboo forests and similar native habitats, it is home to over 50 giant pandas, Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Base may not be able to purchase tickets on the same day during peak season. We will pre book tickets for you here, and on the day of the event, you only need to bring your passport to show to the staff. Although there are usually many people, booking here can save a lot of unnecessary queuing and waiting time! The giant panda is most active in the morning. If you need our pick-up or charter services, you can also make a request to us (at an additional cost).

Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province, is a city you never want to leave once you arrive. Reputed as a very “laid-back” city, it is so large and diverse abounding with options. In the morning our driver and guide will pick you up at your hotel. You will drive about 40 minutes to Chengdu Panda Base. We spend whole morning walking around this area to see different pandas playing in the enclosures or on the trees.
