Shiretoko Goko (Five Lakes) in winter is a special world of tranquility where only a limited number of people are allowed to walk. Only during the severe winter season can visitors walk on the surface of the lakes, which are beautiful from spring to autumn, with snowshoes. The magnificent view of the silvery white Shiretoko mountain range against the clear blue sky and the drift ice that covers the sea beyond the horizon during the drift ice season are unparalleled. This tour can only be experienced in the middle of winter in Shiretoko.

Tour is operated by TRAVELIST GEORGIA and can be customized. This is the private five days hiking tour including both off the main path and mainstream destinations. Guests will spend two nights in a very remote Khevsureti region and two nights in Kazbegi/Stepantsminda town. Khevsureti is a very remote area with poor roads and very beautiful nature while Kazbegi is the number one destination in the whole country due to the views on 5000 meter high Mount Kazbegi. Transportation will be done with a nice Suv while the guide will be a English speaking professional with a long term experience in tourism industry. Prices are indicated per person in double rooms.
