Learn all there is to know about one of the world's most loved delicacy, taste the difference between wild and cultivated oysters, all whilst cruising the lagoon to the Heads and surrounds. First we cruise along the beautiful coastline adjacent the township of Coffin Bay & enjoy the spectacular scenery. When we arrive at the oyster farm, you'll sit back & relax while your host, a veteran oyster farmer, shares with you the history of oyster farming including how to shuck like a pro! You'll then enjoy freshly shucked oysters fresh from the farm which can be accompanied by some of SA's finest wines which are available to purchase. You'll learn about the Native Angasi Oyster Reef Restoration program in Coffin Bay & every shell, from every oyster you consume will be donated to the restoration effort & contribute to bringing these reefs & oysters back to life…! Cruise 16km to the prime growing oyster region, completely surrounded by crystal clear waters. Once we arrive you'll instantly discover the beauty & vastness of the world famous, Coffin Bay oyster farms. Now it's your opportunity to become fully immersed in the oyster farm & discover all of its beauty up close. After the wading experience we retreat to the boat to indulge in freshly shucked oysters that can be accompanied by a variety of local beverages available to purchase. While you sit back & relax, a veteran oyster farmer, will share with you the history of oyster farming including an update on the Angasi Reef Restoration Project in Coffin Bay. A project aims to rebuild angasi oyster reefs, using pacific oyster shells. Every shell from, every oyster you consume on the tour will be donated to the restoration efforts & will contribute to bringing these reefs back to life…! We then cruise to Brother's Island to sightsee view herds of seals in their natural habitat.

This two-hour tour is the perfect opportunity for those looking to taste fresh oysters, paddle with a trained kayak guide, and observe coastal wildlife. We will explore Little Bay, a tidal estuary located outside of Portsmouth, NH, near the mouth of the Piscataqua River where there is an abundance of aquatic wildlife from shellfish to shorebirds. Then, we will paddle to Hidden Coast Shellfish's floating farmhouse to learn all about their growing and harvesting process. The oysters you sample will be fresh picked from the ocean!

Stand-up paddle boarding is a great, fun way to sight see from the water. We are likely to see cormorants, sea gulls, osprey, great blue herons, snowy egrets, ducks, and we might see fish jumping or a seal.  Paddlers at least 12 years old will love exploring Casco Bay in this protected, scenic, historic area! There will be a break on land where we will stretch, taste the oysters and have some snacks that you bring.

We will take a city bus from Hadan Station to an island village near Busan. We will look around villages that produce oysters and take pictures to remember. As you look around the village, you will see various tools used for oyster farming. You can also see the workers doing the oyster shucking When you travel, what you can't miss is eating food that you can taste locally. Near the fishing village, there is a restaurant that serves various foods under the theme of oysters. We will taste fresh oyster food at the restaurant. While enjoying the food, I will explain about the Korean food culture and drinking culture.
