A return scenic cruise from Queenstown Bay, across stunning Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak High Country Farm on our vintage steamship TSS Earnslaw, a farm demonstration and a delicious BBQ Lunch served on the sunny terrace at the Colonel’s Homestead. The rural demonstrator will give guests an insight into life in the New Zealand high country by providing an entertaining farm show including working sheep dogs. Enjoy a unique dining experience at Walter Peak where the menu showcases food and wine from the wider Central Otago region. Chefs prepare a tasty selection of meats on the outdoor grill, while fresh, seasonal salads and vegetables are available from the dining area of the Colonel’s Homestead. Arrowtown To Gibbston Valley: Ride the Arrow River Bridges Trail


This self-guided Half Day ride starts with a prompt shuttle bus departing from Around The Basin’s shop in Queenstown to Arrowtown. There, you'll be fitted with a bike and given all the details for your ride. The ride starts by following the spectacular Arrow River Bridges Trail to the historic Kawarau Bungy Bridge (approx. 13 km). From there, the trail continues 3km into the Gibbston Valley, where you will be collected at Gibbston Valley Winery, departing in the scheduled bus back to Queenstown and the time provided in the briefing on the day. Bike The Wineries 3/4 Day Ride – Queenstown


This self-guided 3/4-day ride starts with a prompt shuttle bus departing from Around The Basin’s shop in Queenstown to their bike hub at Arrow Junction (7 km from Arrowtown). There, you'll be fitted with a bike and given all the details for your ride. The first section covers 6 km (4 miles) of scenic trail, following the Arrow and Kawarau river gorges, crossing the Edgar Swing Bridge, and reaching the iconic Kawarau Bungy Jump Bridge. From there, enjoy cycling through the Gibbston Wine Region, where you can stop at as many cellar doors as you like. The full ride covers around 17 km (11 miles) of undulating, gravel trail. The shuttle will pick you up at the designated time give in the briefing from your chosen winery in Gibbston Valley.
