Hiking in Waterfalls & Rainforest by 2 native guides
Please let us introduce ourselves: we are Inés & Juanjo, 2 authentic native guides in Gran Canaria. With us, you are going to discover and experience the beauty of this island with real "local eyes".
For us, Barranco de los Cernícalos, is not only one of the most beautiful hiking paths in the island: is a very important part of our own life, as our relatives have lived here and for us it is like a "playground".
We will go on a hike where you will discover our endemic flora and fauna in a setting that looks like something out of a fairy tale.
With us, you will not only learn about "technical information", but also how local people have been living and adapted their way of life in this place, you will understand how the resources of this area were exploited: water, materials to create tools, plants (beyond their medicinal use).
But, above all, you'll have a great time. There are plenty of surprises and fun in store for you along the way – are you ready for the adventure?
