One of the main reasons to book this tour is to see as much as you can of Costa Rica in one day, the whole combination of nature, adventure and culture, for example you can do one of the best canopies in Costa Rica followed by hanging bridges across of the transitional rainforest, added to this you will have the opportunity to share our culture and learn a little about it, you will also have a dose of adrenaline by doing the longest slide in Costa Rica (1240 feet), also the view being at 2400 feet The sea level will be unbeatable, and at the end of the day we will visit real hot springs and a volcanic mud bath excellent for the skin. Departing from La Fortuna, Tamarindo Beach, Flamingo Beach, and the Papagayo area the tropical forest in the Tenorio Volcano National Park and magnificent turquoise blue Rio Celeste waterfall awaits us. A local expert guide will company you. On the drive, it's possible to see three active volcanoes all in a row while traveling through three different types of forest. We will briefly stop to admire the 400-year-old Tree of Peace (Árbol de La Paz). We'll cool off in the Celeste River by taking an hour-and-a-half tubing tour down the blue river and stoping in several places to swim and snack on fresh regional fruits. After tubing, we will have a typical lunch and return along the best route to viewing wildlife, such as two types of sloths, colored frogs , monkeys, exotic birds, and much more. On the way back we will stop at the Souvenir Market and then return to your resting place.

Departure: 7.30am A legend tells that after God was done painting the sky, he washed the brushes in this river. The colors at Rio Celeste are truly magnificent, and this hike will take you to lots of picture perfect sights. Once at Tenorio Volcano National Park your guide will give a short introduction, and then the 5 miles hike starts going through the tropical rain forest, where fauna and flora are plentiful. During the hike we will visit “Los Teñideros”, where two stream of crystalline water come together and form the astonishing blue color that gives the river its name. On the hike you also come by the volcano’s furnace vents that expel gases of extreme high temperatures, and you will have the chance to take a dip in the natural hot springs.
