Waterfalls are naturally occurring phenomena changing rapidly at any time. When the streams flood due to rain and the falls are roaring or swollen, and we cannot safely rappel one or both waterfalls, we rappel 40- to 115-foot drops from jungle cliffsides at a safe distance from the water course.

Climb to the top of Antelope Falls with your trusty harness, then let gravity take over as you descend 250 feet down the falls clipped into a rope system operated by one of our experienced guides. Recommendations: Bring bug repellent, long pants, t-shirt, bathing suit, sneakers (you will get wet but will dry quickly). You should be fit enough for the 1½ hour* hike to the top of the falls some of which is on steep terrain. Minimum weight 100lbs.

Take our guided hike to the top of Bocawina Falls, then strap on a harness, clip into the rope system and rappel 100 feet down the face of the waterfall.

Enjoy a hike up to the Bocawina Falls, rappel down the face of the waterfall and swim in the crystal blue pools below. Hike back to the lodge for lunch and finish the day off with an exciting Zipline Adventure.

The Zip lining and Canyoning combo is a great way to experience both nature and adventure with the whole family. The day will begin when we pick you up from your hotel and take you to the zip lining headquarters where you will get to explore the rainforest from high above the tree tops. Crossing a lot of small rivers, to eventually end up at the most magical place, deep inside the Nosara’s jungle. The 20 meter high waterfall called “the bad night”. Many people just come to look at the beautiful waterfall, but this excursion gives you the special opportunity to rappel down the waterfall.
