Creepy Crawl Night-Time Haunted Pub Walking Tour of Savannah's Historic District

We are the ORIGINAL haunted pub crawl tour of Savannah's famed Historic District, operating nightly since 1996. Our home base is the famous Six Pence Pub, a notoriously haunted English-themed bar right in the middle of downtown Savannah. Our professional storyteller-guides have decades of combined experience sharing compelling tales of eerie happenings and ghost lore in Savannah. Our walk covers about 1.5 miles of Savannah's gloriously beautiful (and terribly haunted!) sidewalks and squares. As it is legal to drink on the street in Savannah, we breeze through a handful of sometimes-quirky, sometimes-historic bars for walking beverages. Note: drinks ARE NOT included in admission. Only guests 21+ may participate, making this an ADULTS-ONLY ghost tour! Please be advised that tour guests will be carded at entry to bars. The 21+ policy is strictly enforced. You must have unexpired photo ID with you on the tour.

Many of this neighborhood’s charms are obvious—the architecture is stunning, the many universities add a unique vibrancy, the history is ever-present, and there are plenty of cool cafés, art galleries, and shops. This neighborhood is justly a favorite for international film shoots (who use it as a standby for other locales), and hardly a week goes by that there’s not a film being shot on these streets. When we are not eating and drinking, we’ll stroll through the elegant area which lies between the inner and outer ring roads—including the gardens of the National Museum, where aristocrats built their palatial homes in the 19th and early 20th centuries (the golden age of Budapest), and café-lined streets with more Bohemian vibes. As per our usual style, our evening of exploration will combine food and drinks, with historical and cultural stories about the buildings and people important to the neighborhood. Come wine and dine in this most special part of Budapest with us!

Alfama – The Kaleidoscopic District Private Walking Tour

Alfama is where it all started, the oldest and most picturesque district of Lisbon. The core of the old town was built and enlarged, then shaken and destroyed, reborn and rebuilt again, only to start all over again, for more than two thousand years. That’s why we propose an unusual tour, with a good deal of improvisation and a handful of dazzling discoveries. All-time favorites include a restaurant framed by Roman walls, public restrooms six feet below -with a residential building inside-, a majestic royal palace converted into a dark prison, or a collection of decorative tiles that no one knows (not even thieves) whether they are cheap replicas or precious originals. By the way, does anyone still live in what increasingly resembles an amusement park for tourists?
