On board the bus there will be one professional driver and one experienced Northern Lights guide. They are passionately committed to choosing the best spot based on the weather forecast, that maximizes the options of seeing the aurora. The guide will provide you with information about camera settings and helpful tips, so when the lights appear you can capture the perfect Northern Lights picture. The guide will also take pictures during the excursion so you can have a souvenir to bring home. It is important to mention that the northern lights are a natural phenomenon and it can't be guaranteed that they will be seen. The meeting place from the 1st of November for the English tour will be inside the building Prostneset (at the main entrance downstairs and close to the bus terminal).

After a briefing on the weather and route, we’ll head out in search of the Northern Lights. The guide will share insights about the Aurora, local wildlife, and history. We monitor the forecast to find the best location, even if it means heading to Finland. At the viewing spot, enjoy hot drinks, snacks, and, if possible, a bonfire (weather-dependent). Thermal suits are available to keep you warm. Your guide will take professional photos of you with the Northern Lights. Photos are uploaded the next day with a watermark (removed upon purchase). After the tour, we’ll drop you off at Tromsdalen, Reinen, Tromsø Island, or Kvaløysletta. If your accommodation is elsewhere, we'll help arrange a taxi.

The experience starts in the dock in the city center in Tromsø, from there you will take on the arctic night on board Sagasund. The boat departs at 20:00 and will set course to the destination where the chances of seeing the Northern Lights are the greatest. On board are a variety of warm and cold drinks for you to enjoy and keep you warm,available for purchase. Photos are not included in this activity, but the crew on board will help you to set up the correct settings on your camera and phone, so you can capture the green lady. The boat will stay with the Northern Light as long as it can take into consideration the duration of the tour. The boat will return at the same dock right next to Scandic Ishavshotel at 23:30.

Join us for a Northern Lights chase as we drive up to 2.5 hours away from city center to escape the light pollution and find clear sky. The purpose of the budget friendly tour is to provide our guests the opportunity to join a Northern Lights tour without breaking their wallet. Our guides are highly trained professionals with extensive knowledge on the Northern Lights. We will take portrait photos that are included in this tour. Once we find clear skies, we will serve hot drinks along with biscuits as we waited for the Northern Lights to occur. Your guide will stay with you for the entire evening making sure you are as comfortable and warn as possible.

Chase the dancing Northern Lights and explore every corner of Nuuk city on this 2-hour PRIVATE tour by car! You can join alone or come with a maximum of 4 people! We will drive you to the darkest places in the city for panoramic views of one of the highlights of the Arctic winter. During the tour, your local guide will tell you a little about Nuuk and the Northern Lights, and is always happy to answer your questions about Greenland. It is likely to be chilly. It is the Arctic winter after all! Our car is heated and you can always retreat inside if you get too cold, but make sure you bring heavy outer layers, a woolen hat, scarf, and gloves/mittens so you can stay outside as much as possible.
