On this tour, we will start from the Plaza de Armas, where we will visit various must-see spots on your visit to Peru. Peruvian cuisine is world-renowned for its tasty dishes such as: Anticuchos, Mazamorra, Picarones, Pollo a la brasa, Causa rellena, among others. These are some of the many culinary dishes in the country, showing you their preparation, history and tasting the seasoning of each cook or as we Peruvians call it "la señito". In Peru there are several (secret places), where you can eat delicious and cheap food, each dish will dazzle your palate; I assure you that you will enjoy and savor each typical Peruvian dish. The only requirement we ask is that you really like to eat and learn a little about Peruvian cuisine; and most importantly, we have to have fun together. We will finish the tour with pisco sour classes where we will taste different flavors of pisco, such as: lemon pisco, passion fruit, mango, pineapple, among others.

Then, we will taste different exotic fruits and learn about the history of the INCA (Macerado de pisco) drink and we can taste up to 10 different flavors. We produce our Pisco in the province of Ica! We'll cook! First course: Tuna tart (tuna fish of the day mixed with soy sauce, sesame oil, abocado and lemon. Served in cookies). Afterwards, you will learn the true history of pisco, choose the flavor you want (10 options) and make together the official recipe of PISCO SOUR. Cusco by Night: Planetarium Cusco, Dinner, and Pisco Sour


This tour will take you to a local market and then out in the town of Cusco at night. We will meet up at your hotel and take you first for a tour of a local non-touristic market and then for a Pisco sour, the most typical cocktail of Peru. Then we will be transported to the Cusco Planetarium, located 15 minutes above the city. Here we will hear about how the Incas viewed the constellations and then we will get to go outside to look through the telescopes and stargaze. After the planetarium, we will return to Cusco and go out to a restaurant frequented by locals for the most popular dish of Peru: Pollo a la brasa, or blackened rotisserie chicken, which is eaten with salad and french fries and will have the most typical drink of Peru, Inca kola. We will finish the tour by walking around the Plaza de Armas (the main square) which is lit up beautifully at night and look at the statue of the emperor Pachacutec and learn about the history of the Incas in Cusco.  NOTICE: -Bring warm clothes.

Our Cooking experience starts at ou Cooking Studio, a traditional house from 1930. We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) and Pisco. You will cook: Lomo Saltado. You will Cook: Papa a la Huancaina You will make Pisco Sour Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation. After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends. Notice: The cooking experiences in Cusco are in the afternoon. * In the morning from 12:30 to 14:00 * In the afternoon from 18:00 to 19:30 Our dishes are easy to be converted into vegetarian. Tiradito is a Peruvian dish similar to ceviche, but it is made with fresh fish sliced thinly and marinated in lemon juice and chili, without onions. The Pisco Sour is an iconic Peruvian cocktail made with pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg whites, and Angostura bitters.
